How do I find a tradesperson near me?
Start in the directory, choose a service and select a location. Read each business profile and confirm the areas it serves before asking for a quotation. This demonstration includes a selection of regions, not complete coverage everywhere.
Does the directory check or guarantee the businesses?
A listing is not an endorsement, accreditation or workmanship guarantee. Check qualifications, insurance, references and any required registrations independently before you appoint a provider.
Can I request a quote through the directory?
Use the phone, email or website links available on a business profile to contact the provider directly. Share the same project brief with each business so you can compare written quotations fairly. The directory does not set prices or book the work.
What should I include in a project enquiry?
Describe the job, location, approximate dimensions, access restrictions and preferred timescale. Photos can help. Ask whether the quote includes labour, materials, taxes, waste disposal and any call-out charges.
Where do the ratings come from?
Where available, profiles display Google rating and review-count information from the listing data. Follow the review link for current feedback and read individual reviews for context. Imported information may change between updates.
Why are there no businesses in a category or location?
The showcase contains a selected set of listings. An empty result means we have not added matching businesses here, not that no such providers operate in that area. Try another service or browse all locations.

How do I correct or enquire about a business listing?
Contact the directory team with the listing address, your relationship to the business and the details to change. Include a public source where possible. We may need to confirm that you are authorised before changing ownership or contact details.
Can my business have a featured directory listing?
Contact the team to discuss the Featured Directory Listing option and what is currently available. Any price, included features and renewal terms must be confirmed before purchase. Featured placement is advertising, not a recommendation or guarantee.
Is this a local directory or a demonstration?
This website is a multi-region demonstration of a local property services directory. Listings represent selected locations. Local editions will use their own service coverage, business information and local guidance.
