ACCESSIBILITY

Property information that is easier to use.

We aim to make the directory understandable and usable across devices, input methods and assistive technologies. This statement describes our approach, not a claim of certified conformance.

Using the directory

  • Use the Skip to content link to move past the header.
  • Navigate links and controls with Tab and Shift+Tab; activate them with Enter.
  • Use the Menu button on smaller screens to open the navigation.
  • Expand FAQ questions to read the answers, including when using a keyboard.
  • Zoom the page using your browser and choose the light or dark appearance that suits you.

Our approach and known limits

We work towards clear headings, meaningful link labels, visible focus and layouts that adapt to narrower screens. Core information should not depend on animation or colour alone.

Third-party maps, review websites and linked business websites may work differently. Imported business information and images may also vary in completeness. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external services.

If a map or a visual element is difficult to use, look for the adjacent address and direct contact details. Please tell us when an alternative is missing.

Report an accessibility barrier

Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you used. Tell us what alternative format or contact method would help.
